These terms and conditions apply to all use of the Build Your Own Family Trip platform (buildyourownfamilytrip.com), offered by BYO / Build Your Own Trip, based in the Netherlands. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

Using the platform

Build Your Own Family Trip offers travel information, activity guides and travel planners for families. The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not copy, redistribute or commercially exploit content from the platform without our written permission.
• Misuse of the platform, including automated scraping or disruption of services, is not allowed.

Travel planners and digital products

Paid travel planners (PDF) are offered through the platform. After purchase, you receive a download link. Because this is a digital product, purchases are non-refundable unless the content is demonstrably incorrect or unusable. In that case, contact us at info@buildyourownfamilytrip.com.

Intellectual property

All content on this platform, including text, images, travel planners, design and branding, is owned by BYO / Build Your Own Trip unless stated otherwise. Nothing on the platform may be reproduced or published without prior written permission. Affiliate links point to external websites; the intellectual property of those parties falls outside our responsibility.

Liability

The information on this platform is curated with care based on our own experiences. Even so, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy or currentness of all content.
